M-Lock is Maximum Matting's modular anti-fatigue tile system. 91 × 91 cm interlocking rubber tiles click together to cover any footprint — a single bench or a whole production cell — then finish with male and female safety ramps. Choose natural rubber for dry and wet areas, or 100% nitrile for oil, grease, and industrial fluids.
Two surfaces, one system
M-Lock comes in two compounds that share the same modular system and ramps. Choose Comfort for dry and wet areas, or Pro where oils and industrial fluids are in play.

How M-Lock goes down
Each 91 × 91 cm tile covers about 0.83 m². Send us the area and we'll work out the tile and ramp count.
Tiles interlock and lock in with a dab of standard super glue on the connector heads — any footprint, any shape.
Finish open edges with male and female safety ramps in black or high-visibility yellow for a trip-safe edge.
Finish the perimeter
Male and female edge ramps bevel the open edges of a tile run down to floor level, cutting trip risk at entry and exit points. Black to blend in, or high-visibility yellow to flag the edge.
