Which matting should I choose for my hazard?
Use anti-slip for oils and coolants, anti-fatigue for long standing shifts, ESD/anti-static for electronics and test bays, and hot-works formats for welding and fabrication. Share your hazard, photos and shift length and we’ll recommend the safest configuration.
Can you help plan coverage and quantities?
Yes. Send a drawing or photos and we’ll map tile counts, ramped edging and transitions for walkways, workstations and odd-shaped footprints. We also provide a planner to model coverage before you order.
How do M5 tiles install?
Tiles interlock without adhesive, so installs are fast and low-disruption. Add ramped edging and corners to remove trip hazards, and secure perimeter edges where heavy traffic demands it. Layouts can be reconfigured or extended later.
Can the matting handle forklifts and pallet trucks?
M5 is a heavy-duty recycled PVC system designed for MHE routes as well as pedestrian areas. Choose solid-deck for light contamination or drainage formats for oils and liquids, and use edging to protect transitions. Lifespan is typically 8+ years in industrial environments.
Do you provide compliance documentation?
Yes. Specification packs include slip ratings (R13/PTV values), fire performance, ESD test data, sustainability credentials and RAMS templates, ready for HSE or insurer reviews.
How fast can I get samples and delivery?
Free sample tiles ship in one working day with the matching spec sheets. Because M5 is pressed in the West Midlands, production orders have short lead times and we can prioritise urgent installs when needed.
How do I clean and maintain the matting?
Sweep or vacuum solids, then clean with standard industrial detergents or degreasers. Drainage tiles can be hosed or pressure washed. The modular format lets you swap single tiles if they’re damaged during maintenance.
Can I extend or replace sections later?
Yes. The interlocking tiles let you add coverage, change layouts or replace individual tiles without lifting the whole area. Edging strips and corners can be reused when you reconfigure.
