Who we are
Maximum Matting is a trading name of The Maximum Industrial Group Limited, working with experienced partners across manufacturing, specification, and installation. The Maximum Industrial Group Limited is registered in England & Wales under company number 17360049. Registered office: Office 5, Lancaster Park, Newborough Road, Needwood, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 9PD. VAT registration is in progress — our VAT number will be shown here once issued.
You can reach us about any order at info@maximummatting.co.uk or on 01332 480386.
Orders and payment
Standard shop products can be bought online. Some sizes and made-to-order or cut-to-length items are supplied to order and are quoted separately rather than bought at a fixed price — these show a quotation route instead of a checkout.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when your payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email; please check it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
Prices
Prices shown are the prices charged. Delivery is calculated separately where applicable. Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery, where it applies, is shown separately before you pay.
Delivery
Standard parcel-sized items are delivered within the UK for £8.95, free on orders over £150 (by order subtotal). Larger, freight or cut-to-length items are quoted separately and confirmed before dispatch. We aim to dispatch promptly; for an estimated delivery time for your order or area, email info@maximummatting.co.uk.
If delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable time and we cannot agree a new date with you, you may cancel the affected items for a refund. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
Your right to cancel (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel standard stocked goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email info@maximummatting.co.uk before the 14 days end — a clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough, and you may use the model cancellation form below.
This 14-day right does not apply to made-to-order, cut-to-length or customised goods, which are made to your specification.
Model cancellation form — To: The Maximum Industrial Group Limited, info@maximummatting.co.uk. I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract of sale of the following goods [describe], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name, address, date.
Returns and refunds
To return goods, contact info@maximummatting.co.uk and we will confirm the return address and next steps. Goods should be returned unused and in a resaleable condition where possible. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or not as described, in which case we cover it.
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of your proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. Where the law allows, we may reduce a refund to reflect any handling of the goods beyond what is needed to check them.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact info@maximummatting.co.uk as soon as you can — ideally with a photo of any damage — and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Please report transit damage promptly so we can raise it with the carrier.

Guidance, specifications and quotations are provided in good faith and are subject to confirmation for your environment, layout and documentation requirements. Site content is general guidance and does not replace a site-specific assessment.

If something has gone wrong, email info@maximummatting.co.uk or call 01332 480386 and we will do our best to resolve it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
