About this product

The M-Lock Modular Anti-Fatigue Tile (M-Lock Comfort) is a 91 × 91 cm tile, 17 mm thick, moulded in natural ESD-compliant rubber. Each tile weighs about 10.75 kg. The elephant-skin top surface is optimised to ease pivoting and protect knees during prolonged standing.

How the modular system works

Tiles click together edge to edge, so you build matting to fit your floor rather than buying a fixed-size mat. Secure the connector heads with a dab of standard super glue. Add, remove or reconfigure tiles any time a layout changes. Finish the perimeter with male and female safety ramps, sold separately, to form a bevelled trip-safe edge — you need both types to complete a border.

Which tile for your floor

Comfort is the more economical choice for prolonged standing in dry or wet workstations without oil exposure. If your floor sees oils, greases, coolant or industrial fluids, choose the oil-resistant M-Lock Modular Heavy Duty Tile instead. The tiles are fully recyclable at end of life.

What is the difference between the Comfort and Pro tiles?

The Comfort tile is moulded in natural ESD-compliant rubber and suits dry or wet standing areas without oil. The Heavy Duty (Pro) tile is 100% nitrile rubber, which adds moisture, oil and chemical resistance for oily or contaminated floors. Both are 91 × 91 cm and 17 mm thick.

Do I need safety ramps?

Ramps are optional but recommended to form a bevelled, trip-safe perimeter around the tiled area. You need both male and female M-Lock Safety Ramps to complete a border; they are sold separately.

How do the tiles assemble?

Can I use this tile where there is oil?
