About this product
The M5 ESD anti-static tile is the ESD member of the M5 modular tile range, made for static-sensitive work areas such as electronics assembly benches. Each tile measures 46 × 46 cm and is 2.5 cm thick.
Tiles interlock, so you build matting to fit your floor rather than buying a fixed-size mat. A single tile covers about 0.21 m² — roughly 5 tiles per square metre — and tiles come in boxes of 10. Lift and reconfigure them when a line changes.
This tile is supplied in black, with a narrower 15 × 46 cm ESD tile available for finishing runs and filling gaps. Matching M5 ESD edging and a pre-sized ESD anti-static workstation kit are available in the shop. Samples are available on request and we can quote for larger areas.

How much floor does one tile cover?
A 46 × 46 cm tile covers about 0.21 m², so allow roughly 5 tiles per square metre. Tiles are supplied in boxes of 10.
Is there a narrower ESD tile?
Yes. A 15 × 46 cm ESD tile is available for finishing runs and filling gaps in a tiled area.
Can I try a tile before ordering?
Samples are available on request. Matching M5 ESD edging and an ESD anti-static workstation kit are also available in the shop.
