About this product

The M5 Heavy Duty Gritted Tile is the gritted version of our M5 heavy-duty tile: the same 46 x 46 x 2.5 cm format, with a gritted top surface for extra grip. It is part of the Heavy Duty Safety Flooring family within the M5 range and is supplied in boxes of 6.

M5 tiles interlock, so you can build a mat to any footprint and reconfigure it when your layout changes. Each tile covers roughly 0.21 square metres, and a box of 6 covers about 1.3 square metres. Each tile weighs 5.6 kg.

If you do not need the gritted surface, the plain M5 Heavy Duty Tile is sold separately; for static-sensitive areas, see the M5 Heavy Duty ESD Tile. Matching M5 heavy-duty gritted edging finishes exposed edges.

This is the gritted version. It has a gritted top surface for extra grip, where the standard M5 Heavy Duty Tile has a plain top. Both are 46 x 46 x 2.5 cm and interlock with the same range.

Each 46 x 46 cm tile covers roughly 0.21 square metres, so a box of 6 covers about 1.3 square metres.

Is there matching edging?

Yes. Matching M5 heavy-duty gritted edging is available in the shop to ramp the tiles down to floor level.
